Funding Made Simple
Apprenticeships are more accessible than you might think. Here’s how it works:
Large employers (annual wage bill over £3 million)
You’ll use your Apprenticeship Levy to fund training.
Smaller employers
At least 95% of training costs are funded by the government.
If the apprentice is aged 16–21, training is often fully funded.
You could also receive £1,000 in government support (paid in two instalments) depending on the apprentice hired.
