Student Profiles

I decided to join the UNICEF Steering Group because it is my dream to be able to help people, especially children because they are our future. Only by doing something are we able to make a positive change and being part of the group is the best opportunity to be able to do that. There is nothing better than being able to go to a college with people from different nationalities and to find out that we are all the same, despite our different names, religions, and gender. The UNICEF Group has taught me that we all deserve education and a chance to improve our local and international community. I have also been able to develop my teamwork skills and I love it when we all agree on a decision and work together. When I leave Croydon College I would like to continue doing charity work for UNICEF to fight for a better future.
