I take great pleasure in creating something new and presenting something out of the ordinary and this, along with my passion for cooking, is why I chose to study the culinary service course. I really enjoy the practical lessons and I especially like working in the pastry kitchen (and tasting the products!) because I find that every time I enter the kitchen it is as if I am entering a new world. I also enjoy the hospitality side of my course with my great teacher, Mr Orwell. I chose to study at Croydon College because it came highly recommended and as soon as I was interviewed by one of the great chefs here, I knew that this was the college for me.
