Vacancy Short description

Excellent opportunity to start your career in HR. To provide administrative support to the PA to Headteacher (with HR), acting as a point of contact for staff and external contacts, maintaining confidentiality and respect whilst adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory framework.

Vacancy Full Description:

  • Assist with posting Job Adverts online.
  • Assist with preparation of staff contracts.
  • Collating information required for payroll set up from new employees.
  • Assist with employee Induction and probation documentation and review.
  • Update HR databases (e.g. staff changes, safeguarding training, holiday and sick leave).
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Assist in providing relevant data on absences, to HR Manager.
  • Complete onboarding checks (including Right to work and DBS) for employees.
