Why did you chose to study Beauty Therapy at Croydon College?

Last year I completed my Level 2 Hairdressing course at Croydon College, so I decided to continue my academic learning here, and study Beauty Therapy. The Hair and Beauty department is a state of the art facility with all of the up-to-date equipment, allowing students to develop to the best of their ability.

What have been your highlights during your time at Croydon College?

I have been able to achieve my ultimate goal of gaining more independence by going to College. I’ve also made fantastic new friends who support me in everything I do.

Have you had any challenges?

During my studies, I have moved house and experienced health problems that I have overcome. I received fantastic support from my tutor Sarah Parsonage, who would always ask how I was feeling, and reassured me on my work.

How has the College supported you during your time here?

Everyone at Croydon College, including my fellow students, teachers and support staff, have helped me throughout my studies. I have loved my time here and I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped me the challenges that have come my way.

What’s next for you?

Once I complete my Level 2 Beauty Therapy course, I will then decide to study either Level 3 Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy, in order to move forward in my career.
