Level 1 Introduction to Transport and Vehicle

  • Level: 1
  • Duration: 31 weeks
  • Awarding body: BTEC

Find out about the motor vehicle industry, explore the light vehicle industry, carry out routine mechanical services, develop customer relationships, work with others and prepare to progress into the industry.

You will be assessed through a combination of coursework and practical work. There are no exams.

Entry requirements for the course is at least Entry 3 Maths and English.

 

Level 1 Construction and Engineering

  • Level: 1
  • Duration: 31 weeks
  • Awarding body: BTEC

This course provides an introduction to the construction and engineering sectors including bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, engineering, machining and mechanical skills.

You will be assessed through a combination of coursework and practical work. There are no exams.

Entry requirements for the course is at least Entry 3 Maths and English.
