This week at Croydon College, we are proudly supporting #mentalhealthawarenessweek. At a time where many of us may feel isolated, it is important to stay connected to our loved ones and colleagues.

Since this year’s theme is #kindness, we are encouraging our students to be kind to their mind and body by thinking positively and staying active, but also to carry out an act of kindness, even virtually.

These messages aren’t just for our students, but for our staff too. Everyone involved at Croydon College works tirelessly every day to ensure our students are receiving the best possible support to succeed, so it is important to check up on our colleagues and support one another.

If you are in need of a chat and to unwind, we are here for all those who need it.
