Award winning Social Entrepreneur Claudine Reid MBE, has been at the helm of a multi-award winning Social Enterprise for over 25 years providing essential services to enhance and transform communities.

Claudine is a certified leadership coach, trainer and speaker with the world-renowned John Maxwell Team.

In addition to this role, she has served as a Government advisor, Chair & Vice Chair of Governors of 4 schools and colleges, Community Consultant for faith communities and former Social Entrepreneur in residence for Kingston University supporting the university to add value to students using the vehicle of social enterprise.

Claudine’s International work includes Mentoring women in leadership roles in developing countries.

More recently Claudine was appointed to Chair the Committee for Black Business Owners at Lloyds Banking Group – one of the oldest Financial Institutions in the UK.

Commenting on her appointment as a Croydon College Governor, Claudine said, “I believe Education is a key component to the structure of a progressive and inclusive society. As a local employer I wanted to contribute to the strategic leadership of the College and in particular, listen to the voice of the students in order to add value as well as enable and encourage opportunities.”
