Dear Parent/Guardian,

Update on Parents Evening Regarding Coronavirus

I am writing to update you on the steps we are taking in response to Coronavirus.

As a precautionary measure, we have decided that parent / carers will not come in person to Croydon College for Parents Evening on Wednesday 18th March 2020.

If you have already booked an appointment the tutor / tutors will contact you directly by phone in accordance to your appointment slots.

However if you have not booked an appointment, we encourage you to still do so and the tutors will contact you as mentioned above.

If you have not yet made an appointment please visit the following link to our online booking system:

The pin you need to enter is 2884.

The appointments are available between 5.30pm – 8.00pm. When booking your appointment, you will need the student number. You will need to do a separate booking if you would like to see more than one teacher.

Please call Curriculum Administration on 020 8256 4664 or email to administration@croydon.ac.uk in following cases:

  • If you are experiencing any technical issues whilst using the online booking system
  • if you need to cancel/change your appointment
  • If you have hearing difficulties, require a signer or any additional support at your appointment
