Croydon College’s in-house public-facing training restaurant will be hosting a Fairtrade Afternoon Tea next month.

Chefs Restaurant, which is run by Croydon College catering and hospitality students who are taught and supervised by highly-skilled tutors with years of industry experience, offering students the experience of working in a commercial environment, is hosting the Afternoon Tea on Friday, 4 March.

Taking place from 12noon to 2pm, only Fairtrade ingredients will be used to prepare the Afternoon Tea, with students involved in the kitchen and front-of-house roles.
