On Wednesday 26 February, our Culinary students received the fantastic news that they will be given work placements at various Corbin and King restaurants in London.

This provides our students with an excellent opportunity to gain vital work experience in the culinary industry, whereby they will work alongside the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to produce food at the highest standard.

The restaurants that will be hosting our students include:

  • Brasserie Zedel
  • Colbert
  • Fischers
  • The Delaunay
  • The Wolseley

Students will be responsible for producing and delivering all necessary food, maintaining quality and quantity control, complying with all food hygiene & health and safety regulations, and attend all statutory training.

All of us at Croydon College are extremely proud of the students taking part, and wish you all the best of luck at your work placement!

If you’re interested in studying Culinary skills, check out our courses here or come along to our Open Event on Thursday 26 March from 4:30pm-6:30pm to find out more information.
