Croydon College played host to the Windrush Collection’s touring exhibition of artefacts associated with the Windrush generation.

Croydon College students, Coulsdon Sixth Form College students and members of the public were given a nostalgic look back at the well-remembered homes of the Windrush Generation, including the iconic Caribbean front room, kitchen and bedroom recreations.

Attendees were able to immerse themselves in the social history of the Windrush Generation and learn about the cultural significance of artefacts from the era.
