This addendum is in place to ensure awareness of ongoing arrangements in response to Covid-19 however Safeguarding remains ‘Everybody’s Responsibility’.

If you have concerns about a young person:

Contact the emergency safeguarding number above – this will continue to be manned from 9am to 5pm including over the Easter holiday period.  If, under exceptional circumstances, concerns are raised ‘out of hours’ please contact Vicky Chainey direct.

Identified vulnerable students:

We have identified 402 students that meet the Government’s criteria for vulnerable (including some that are close to meeting that criteria).  These students are all invited to attend College to receive support when accessing their on line learning.  This will not be available during the Easter break but telephone and email support will be ongoing through the Safeguarding and Student Advice Officers and through Study Plus.
