Our Level 2 Heating & Ventilation students took part in a competition to show their copper skills.

The challenge required the students to plan the task, create a materials list, complete a risk assessment and hot-works permit, then install copper pipework, fill, vent, and pressure test to 5 bar.

Igors Toconovs took first place and designed the amazing Croydon College sign.

Matthew Cannon finished a close second.

The prize money was spent on new tool for work.
