Croydon College, along with John Ruskin College, BAPEI and 17 borough-based employers have come together to launch the Croydon Digital Skills Hub.

Croydon is one of the top 10 tech destinations in the UK and the hub aims to support learners and employers by providing them with the skills required in the digital sector.

It aims to provide individuals with access to digital skills training, Apprenticeships, work placements and job opportunities, while also supporting employers in the digital sector to understand how to break down barriers and increase inclusivity.

The subject areas covered by Croydon College are

  • BCS Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills (ECDL Advanced) (ITQ)
  • NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Cyber Security Practices
  • NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Coding Practices

These courses come at no cost to learners. If you’re an employer and refer an existing member of staff, you will co-fund the training with a 30% cash contribution.
