Croydon College is holding two events this month to promote apprenticeship opportunities to residents and employers.

On Monday 16 August the College is holding an Apprenticeship Advice Day, which will enable residents the opportunity to find out more about becoming an apprentice at the College, where there are a number of vacancies, and help them get on the right course and earn a wage with a local employer while gaining job-specific skills.

The Apprentice Advice Day runs from 10am-3pm and those interested are invited to call in to the College to find out more – no appointment is necessary.

And then on Friday 20 August from 10am to 12noon employers can sign up to a free Recruit an Apprentice webinar, which takes place on Zoom.

The webinar will allow business owners to find out more about the apprenticeships on offer at Croydon College, as well as how hiring an apprentice can save costs at the same time as giving employers a boost.

You can sign up for the webinar by following this link.

Croydon College offers a wide range of apprenticeships from finance and business administration through to digital marketing, construction and engineering. For more information on the vacancies available, visit https://croydon.ac.uk/apprenticeships-professional-courses/vacancies/
