Why did you apply to Croydon College?

I applied to Croydon College because it has the best facilities in order for me to develop. When I went to the College for my enrolment, the staff were so lovely and very welcoming.

What have been your highlights so far?

The main highlight for me is the opportunity to get a qualification under such amazing and influential staff.

Have you experienced any challenges? How did you overcome them?

I really struggled with Maths and English but then I found out that I have Dyslexia. My tutor Samantha Cromwell has been there for me whenever I‘ve needed help and supported me through everything- she is an amazing teacher!

Do you have any advice for future students?

Respect the staff and do not disturb other students’ learning.

What are your future aspirations?

Eventually, I would like to own my own salon. But the plan for now is to gain some work experience on a cruise ship and work on there for a couple of years.
