The role:

• Support our customers (telephone / email) while providing excellent customer service
• Support the Customer Care & Office Manager with the company’s daily operations
• Using our project management software for data entry, bookings, etc…
• General office administration and handling of day-to-day operations
• Support the onsite engineering teams with incoming customer information
