By receiving training in our industry-standard kitchens and gaining experience in our restaurant. You’ll have the chance to enhance your hands-on skills and gain insight into the operations of a successful restaurant.

Culinary – Level 1

You will gain knowledge and skills required to become a chef. At level 1 you will learn the basics of kitchen rules and regulations. The techniques of cookery will be taught and assessed such as Boiling, Roasting and Braising. We work with local employers who will contribute to the knowledge and delivery of training.

Culinary – Level 2

This course is designed for those who are keen to pursue a career in hospitality and catering establishments. This programme will develop the knowledge that you will have gained on a Level 1 course and it will teach you a variety of catering craft skills. You will gain a wide range of cooking skills to apply across a variety of catering contexts.

Culinary – Level 3

This course covers the skills and knowledge required for preparing to work in the Hospitality & Catering Industry as a professional chef. The content of the qualification will cover, both, advanced skills and techniques in the kitchen as well as pastry skills allowing the learner to gain further knowledge and learning.
