Dial A Flight – Apprentice Travel Manager
We are looking for motivated and passionate sales people with a love for travel to
join our teams in London, Croydon. Dial A Flight is part of The Lotus Group, which has over 40 years of industry
experience and achieves an annual turnover touching £400 million.
We have 4 Dial A Flight sales offices in the UK, London Bridge, Croydon, East Malling
and Manchester, with over 200 sales staff. Each Travel Manager, will be fully trained on our complete range of highly
competitive travel products, and our industry leading travel platform Aztec.
Travel Manager – The role
You will talk to customers over the phone or email, engaging with new and repeat
clients and tailor making their perfect trip. Whether that be for leisure or business.
Working in the sales teams you will be at the heart of everything we do – engaging
with our customers, understanding their wants and needs and sourcing the best deal
for them. Every enquiry and every customer is different and our Travel Managers are
expert in discovery and delivery.
Taking full responsibility for the client’s trip, you will be delivering end to end
customer service. We don’t believe our customers should ever wait to talk to
someone, we answer the phone within 5 seconds and our customers love it!
Whatever the customer needs from the first time they make the enquiry, until they
return from their trip, you will be there for them to ensure that everything runs
