Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative, dynamic, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant with
a creative eye and a strategic mind to assist our busy marketing team. You will be reporting
directly to the marketing manager and assisting with all related tasks.
You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, create
marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
• To assist in leading the digital marketing strategy for our suite of brands in the
Group this includes our lead brand, Grand Sapphire and the Spice Village Hotels and
Catering brands.
▪ Deliver effective digital marketing communications and campaigns across all
channels and customer touchpoints where relevant.
▪ Assist with the management and oversee the digital and social media aspects of
the company’s web presence, managing the website, Google Business, Instagram,
Facebook etc.
▪ To own the digital marketing calendar, responsible for planning and execution and
keeping our team and partners up to date. Collaborate with media organisations
and advertising agencies when necessary
▪ Manage influencer relationships and effective engagement, online and offline,
where there is a natural crossover.
▪ Content creation – written & visual (for all digital and social media platforms –
Instagram, TikTok, FB, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)
▪ Be responsible for driving leads in a creative way and seek opportunities for us to
collaborate and maximise online opportunities. Needs to be comfortable pitching
a business idea to line management and understand what is good for brand
awareness or driving revenue.
▪ To report on a monthly level, the performance of all digital channels and work with
the Marketing Manager to ensure these go from strength-to-strength.
▪ Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys.
▪ Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social
media pages

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, be detail orientated, highly
collaborative and organised, have website, app, and digital marketing platform
management experience, and are accustomed to performance measured by results.
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of office management.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
