  • Working Hours 30 (3 long or 4 short days)
  • Working Week: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Working Location Remote
  • Minimum Entry Requirements It is expected that you would have a GCSE pass / equivalent in Maths and English. Additional relatable experience or A Levels is advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: Willingness to learn.
  • Things to Consider:
    This is an Apprenticeship position expected to last up to 21 months.

Key roles and responsibilities;

• Creating documents using Microsoft Office
• Answer the telephone professionally and politely.
• Appreciate and support the work of other professionals.
• Attend and participate in relevant meetings.
• Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development.
• Assisting with Customer Service in relation to our customer service systems and social media responses.
• Assisting the General Manager and the team administratively on various tasks within the business.
• Coming up with initiatives to better manage areas of customer service and administration.

• Proactively takes ownership of work activities
• Be extremely discrete and confidential
• Highly motivated and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills
