Course Overview

Introduction to the hospitality industry- Your course will cover a wide range units within the qualification ranging from basic food preparation , to front of house customer service , preparing and serving , using kitchen equipment and workplace skills alongside Health & Safety  .  As part of your study programme you will re sit English and maths (16-18) receive a tutorial, enrichment and coaching.

Level 1 will suit you if you’re starting out and want a good basic understanding of the industry. You complete a number of core units from a range that includes:

  • Healthy eating
  • Front office operations
  • Guest services.

Course Highlights

You will work within the RWE restaurant, professional kitchens.  You will be required to purchase a uniform (explained at enrolment) You will work closely with the professional cookery staff and students and customers.
