The diploma may also be a beneficial qualification if you are looking to go directly into employment, where Level 3 qualifications are required.
If you have had experience of working in schools or other formal setting working with children, or if you just have a commitment to becoming a teacher and are prepared to work hard, then Access to Teacher Training will give you a firm foundation.
This course incorporates a variety of units that will encourage you to develop your higher level thinking and prepare you for studying at university. You will cover a range of subjects which will include the study of all aspects of English, from Shakespeare to syntax, which is designed to develop your communication skills which are vital for all successful teachers.
