The Croydon College Group is supporting the Croydon at Christmas Appeal by encouraging staff and students to donate and help residents across the borough who need it most.

The Croydon at Christmas Appeal is run by Croydon Commitment and Croydon Voluntary Action, and College Group is this year stepping in to help residents who are still struggling after a difficult couple of years.

Items being requested include:

  • Non-perishable food staples, such as pasta, soup, tins of meat/fish, baked beans
  • Christmas treat items, such as chocolate, biscuits, mince pies, cakes, nuts, crisps
  • Toiletries, such as soap, shower gel, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, tampons

Donation drop off points are at:

  • BME Wellness Centre, 1st Floor Whitgift Centre (opposite Waterstones Books), Croydon, CR0 1LP. 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • CVA – Volunteer Shop, Ground Floor Centrale, Croydon, CR0 1TY. 10am-4pm, Tuesday-Thursday

The Christmas Appeal closes on Wednesday 15 December.
